Custom Family Illustration Portrait

This is not the typical family portrait you are used to. It’s a portrait with a twist. I like to call it ‘Quirky Art’ and the best thing about it is, that it will make you laugh! Skinny legs and big heads definitely get a giggle!

This is a great gift for any occasion, as a wedding gift, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Birthdays, Anniversaries, and more. It’s one of those gifts that just make people feel truly special, something from the heart!

The starting price is R800.00 and can include up to 3 pets with hobbies/quirks and a plain background in A4.

For every person Added it is an Extra R100. Please Select The number of family members you will have in the drop-down bar below marked SELECT PORTRAIT OPTION also select if you want a full Background at an additional price of R270.00 or a plain white background (please note: large objects like cars and homes are considered full Background)

If you would like extra Pets, it costs R50.00 per pet. Please click HERE to add additional pets and how many (up to 3 pets are free, 4 or more are extra)

What I will need from you to complete the drawing
Once you have placed your order I must get the following info from you ASAP, You may email it to me at orders@andsomethingpretty.co.za or even better Whatsapp to me on 0721428969

1. For each family member I will need a good quality picture of them including full-length and close-up
2. Height of each person. This Doesn’t need to be an exact measurement I need an idea of how everybody’s height relates. You can even explain eg. Tom is about a head taller than Sally
3. Include photos of pets
4. Hobbies or Quirks of each person. I may not be able to add them all, but give me as many as you can think of, that I can play around with. Eg. Tom likes to golf, braaing and hogs the TV remote, Sally likes shopping, is a teacher and eats lots of chocolate.  (If you don’t want to include quirks/hobbies you can leave them out)
5. Signature Clothing or outfits for each person, this helps to identify everyone and makes it more personal. ( You can even send me pictures on a hanger if you don’t have pictures of it on you/them)
6. Please let me know the eye color of each individual
7. Specify any text you would like added

These family portraits are hand-painted with watercolor and Take up to 3-4 weeks to complete, if you need one in a Hurry please WhatsApp me first on 0721428969 to check if I’m able to help you

Please remember that this is a cartoon and not realistic, it is only an idea of the person, not a realistic oil painting, also remember that each portrait comes out differently 🙂

These portraits are all about the element of surprise. I will not share any images of the progress of the work. It’s worth the wait, I promise!
